Free RPG Day 2017

Free RPG Day was established in 2007 to bring new and exclusive Role Playing Game quickstart rules and adventures to retailers around the world.  It allows players to try out a variety of games to get interested in.  This year two stores in West Virginia are taking part.

This year’s Sponsors are Paizo, Q-Workshop, Syrinscape, Chaosium, Goodman Games, Modiphius Entertainment, Monte Cook Games, Chessex, Pelgrane Press, Ulisse Spiele, Lamentation of the Flame Princess, Troll Lord Games, Wyrd Miniatures, Angry Hamster, Blue Panther, Gaming Paper, Impressions, Off World Designs, and Third Eye Games.

Crit Hit Comics & Games in Princeton will have four GMS running seven different games.  Starting at 1pm and a new game starting each hour after that.  They are in order Kobolds Ate My Baby, Pathfinder, Star Wars: Edge of Empire, Lasers & Feelings, Dungeon Crawl Classic, another Pathfinder game, and All Outta Bubblegum.

At the Industry Game Center in Parkersburg, will be running some lesser know RPGs starting at 11am with Dungeon Crawl Classics, and then games of Dread and Fiasco later in the day. They also have a board game library to try.

So if you like RPGs or want to learn about RPGs this is the time to learn, play, and connect with fellow gamers.  You can also get some free stuff too.

If you live close to the borders check the Retailer Locator to find a store in a surrounding state to hit up.
